This is Week is Vacation Week
Monday, April 2o through Friday, April 24. No classes or regular advisory meetings. BUT we’ll be having some offerings Monday through Thursady from 10:00-11:00 am and again at 1:00-2:00 pm.

Here’s the schedule:
MONDAY, APRIL 20

Epi and Catherine will cohost a Sharing Session

What are some resources, movies, channels, projects… that you have been finding interesting/helpful during our time apart? Tell us and each other about them! We’d love to hear what you’ve been up to, and maybe you’ll get some useful resources from friends you haven’t seen in a while. Tune in on Zoom.

1:00-2:00 PM
Raffi is hosting a 60 Minute Project
Depending on the wishes of the group this will either be a collaborative music-related project or something using Tinkercad. Tune in and make something in Google Hangouts.
Tuesday through Thursday
TUESDAY, APRIL 21

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22
10:00-11:00 AM
Our beloved teacher Alan Gilburg will cohost a session with Catherine.

Elder story time. Alan is 82 years old. He was born in 1938! and has lived through A LOT. He has been teaching on and off at LightHouse for five years, sharing his wisdom and skills with our community.

Alan says: “Can Anyone survive growing up without TV, Internet, Smart Phones? I did.”

Tune in and let’s talk about the olden days with someone who was there. We’re hoping that this will be the launch of the LightHouse Elder Series, conversations with people who have lived a long time and have interesting things to say about it. Join us and let’s see how it goes.

Carlos is hosting Origami Time. Celebrate Earth Day by learning to make paper tulips while connecting with friends.
THURSDAY, APRIL 23
10:00-11:00 AM
Epi will host a morning session. Details to follow.
